ENTOG organises an annual exchange programme and educational meeting for trainees, during which visiting trainees attend clinical placements in hospitals across the host country before participating in a dedicated trainees’ conference. The programme operates under the auspices of the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG), and every second year the ENTOG Exchange is held in conjunction with the EBCOG Congress. The meeting that follows the exchange provides a structured forum for trainees and trainers to reflect on their experiences, share feedback, and propose areas for improvement.
